Skye Reedy is a seasoned worship leader and double Grammy certificate winning vocalist. Called to music at an early age, she’s now experienced over 20 years in ministry and the music industry.

She has traveled the world leading worship in 10 different countries and sung with some of the most influential artists in music. She has toured with and sung on albums with artists such as: Michael W. MY TESTIMONY

As a child I and a few other family members became sick with a painful autoimmune disease. It deeply impacted us and we faced many life-threatening moments. I spent most of my time at home in bed on medication. I was constantly in and out of dr’s and hospitals. I knew I was different from other kids.

My parents loved Jesus and early on I gave my heart over to him. As we walked through this impossible time I remember learning to lean on God. It meant everything. Around that same time I found music and began to sing. I encountered the presence of God so strongly when I would sing. It was a gift in the middle of what we were going through.

As I got older my health improved. I started singing at my church and quite miraculously was being asked to sing at events all over my home state. By the time I was in high school I was talking with major record labels about signing a deal. However, at the time my mom had gotten much sicker.

When I was 16 my junior year of high school my mom passed away and went to be with Jesus. In my grieving I walked away from music and my faith. My heart was heavy from all that I’d been through. But God wasn’t done with my story.

In college at a worship service I experienced the presence of the Holy Spirit and healing like I’d never known before. My heart was set on fire for God and I felt called into ministry through music.

I started touring singing background vocals for major artists like Mandisa, Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant and so many others. I was also singing on albums that were winning Grammys and other awards. But soon God opened a door for me to write songs for the church and travel leading worship.

As I stepped back into my own music again the Lord redeemed what I had been through early in life. Including completely healing my body of any symptoms of the chronic disease dr’s said I would always have some effects from.

I’ve seen God do miraculous things in my life and I cannot hold back my worship of how kind He is. If you are believing for healing in your heart, body, mind, or spirit I pray these songs of worship would minister to you.
